Hello,

My younger brother recently got into some trouble and lost his job.

He has moved back in with me and is trying to straighten up his life.

He is 18 years old and is working on getting his GED; He is a hard worker and a fast learner.

Since he got into trouble it has been really hard for him to find a job, my heart goes out to him because he is trying so hard and his constant failure has lead him to a state of depression.

I have spoken to him about coming to church with me but I can see the fear in his eyes, we where both hurt by our previous church and where raised by a man who twisted God’s word in an attempt to control and hurt us.

Now that that is behind us I hope that I can show my brother the true light of Christ, I believe in my heart that God is the only one that can save him from his destructive path.

He is willing to do any small jobs you may have; he needs any kind of work he can get.

He really is a great kid and I hope that you will see in him what I see and give him a chance.

I also feel that a job with someone who is connected to the church would be a wonderful influence on him; I hope to bring him to church with me next Sunday!
